Wrong Addresses!

This afternoon I sat and checked through my copy of our PR application, which is currently in progress at Vegreville.

To my horror, as I rechecked through the addresses I've lived at, I realized that some of the dates were wrong! All the addresses are right, but the dates are wrong. I'm just wondering whether I should be okay to rewrite them all out (with correct dates) and a cover letter explaining my mistake to Vegreville. Or would this cause a problem? I have a case number so I can write that on both the cover letter and the rewritten addresses if need be.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
