Would this plan work? Feedback appricated (spousal sponsorship)

Considering I can't get the marriage certificate until 6-8 weeks after according to what I'm reading i'll have to send a copy over to her after so she can send over the forms. We're a little worried if they'll accept her goverment ID from lebanon. She has a passport a birth certificate and a lebanese citizenship paper she can bring for the civil marriage. Think that'll work?

you can rush it.. .id have her start getting all the required information NOW... i dont know about the acceptable forms of id.. we used my husbands passport and national id card translated into english - you first need to get your license.. and then you get married... you only need id for the license.

How long does it take to get the license? Can we get it and issue an official marriage within two weeks?

I was thinking about her aunt because her aunt has invited people from the family before and they've visited and returned without an issue. Plus her aunt had intentions of inviting her before our intentions of marriage. We understand the concern though.

As long as she returns back at the end of the visa your getting married here is a non issue. Better the aunt applies.

License was same day. Certificate was 7 days -rushed. You need the certificate for the app. Google it youll find the info
