If you commute to the USA, and return the same day, sleeping in Canada, every day counts towards maintaining PR / applying for citizenship.
Do u need an non-immigrant visa to travel to US or does the PR stand as a visa to travel to US and work ?
No..a Canadian PR does not qualify you to work in US..You need to have a work visa specifically for US
