Working for Canadian company remotely - possible options to move?

Hi all,

I'm in IT and work remotely for a Canadian company from abroad. If I move to Canada, they will hire me there, but they do not do any LMIA so it is not actually possible to get a work permit this way.

What are the possible options I could move to Canada, and get hired, without any LMIA? Any options?

- EE FSW seems impossible with score in 420-430
- PNP - the company will not become 'approved' employer of the province they are registered in, wont do paperwork, so do not meet PNP job offer criteria either
- what other path am I missing?

The French targeted draws through the Express Entry / FSW program. You'll have to hope IRCC is still conducting these draws once you've achieved the required scores and that you obviously also have a sufficiently high EE score to be selected.
