I have a valid CSQ and applied for PR and it is in process.
I was refused a work permit extension on July 25, 2019 as I submitted a wrong A75 code with my application. I applied to restore my worker status and I was refused on November 27, 2019.
The reason mentioned in the refusal letter: I was not exempt from the labor market impact assessment study at the time of my restoration application because my work permit expired: therefore I was refused a restoration.
My lawyer applied for me and told me since my CSQ is valid I am still exempt.
My question is: I left Canada on December 27, 2019, do you guys think it is bad for me that I left at that date and not earlier? Would it be a bad thing for a future work permit application?
