i just sent my working permit application here in edmonton on march 3,2011,how long would be the processing times for my new work permit for my new employer?cos i dont want to start working until my working permit released?or can i work already,even my papers was already on process?tanx and have a good day...

No, you can't start working until you have the work permit.

i have sent my working permit application in edmonton on last May 25, 2011,how long would be the processing time for my new work permit for the same employer but this time it was change under skilled worker category, my employment status before was food counter attendant. can't wait to bring my spouse and child soon. many thanks.

Did you apply online or by paper application? 60 days processing for online applications and 143 days for paper.

How long does it take to process my work permit and can my consultants based in canada apply for me for my W/P in canada?.or I have to apply for my work permit here in canada embassy wher I live.
