I have a friend who is on a work permit (he went through the LMO Process) in canada right now. His employer is willing to extend an offer so that he can apply for a PR with arranged employment. In this scenario does he require an LMO application again for the PR ??
First is an LMO required ??
If yes, does the LMO he recieved for the work permit application be enough or does his employer apply for a new LMO before extending the offer ?
