From my experience it would be faster and cheaper to reapply if you have a valid LMO and support of employer. Reconsideration still leaves too much chance that the person reconsidering may still not understand. New app gives you opportunity to get it right and present it clearly to new eyes. Would include a cover letter clearly describing error in previous refusal. Good luck.

Can you tell if there is any provision to appeal against the rejection in the visa office where the permit was send , initially asking the officer to reconsider.
I havnt cum across anythg as such but the lawyer is persisting there is such provision.

Yes you can do a search for reconsideration on the main forum page and read lots about other people's experiences. It has to be done quickly and some people write their own reconsideration letters. It can work especially if it is a clear mistake.

Yes, that the reason stated in the notes that visa officer unable to understand the connection between the two names and as it is a startup company it just got 4 employee at present.

You don't have much to lose so you can always TRY a reconsideration letter and spell out the company connection the VO doesn't understand. Be fast. Be sure to include UCI and your name and birthdate so they can get the right file.
Quick thought: does the company have sufficient employees to qualify to hire you? I can't remember exact numbers, but believe it depends on location of business.
