My friend is on a visitor visa. He wants to apply for a work permit. He has to leave after he apply for it because he still has a job back home he has to go back to. He was wondering if he has to apply for a work permit inside Canada, since he is here now. Or he has to wait till he leaves and apply for it outside Canada. He is in canada for another two months before he head back to his country. Thank you in advance.
So since he has an approved LMIA, and is returning home then he applies outside Canada.
