I applied for the same on 16th feb. What is the additional payment for? I haven't been able to link my application to gckey, were you able to?

I had to submit technical help webforms and screenshots to get it linked because it wasn't finding it at first.
And I thought I had paid the fees upfront - $355, but they said it was actually $455 and I had to pay the $100 open work permit fee (which I thought I had paid but apparently not)

Log into your IRCC account and below "Start an application" you will see "Post-graduation work permit holder: Extend your open work permit (up to an additional 18 months)" Fill in or update your information.

since you applied outside Canada from UAE, normally UAE applications will go to their own VO. How come you know it's been oved to Edmonton office?

I am based in UAE but my company lawyer in Canada applied. They told me it would go through Edmonton VO. I called IRCC a day before the strike and the agent confirmed that my file is processing in Edmonton VO.

Yes on 0018002676788. It took me an hour to get a hold of a guy and that was before the strike.
