Work permit & PNP Application Help needed

Hey Guys ,

I just joined this Page ,

Please Help ,

I got my Sinp nomination last week and my work permit has expired last week as well,

But my Manager already did that LMO exempt and paid the fees and i have applied for Work permit ,

So now i can work on as implied Status , already got my license with that CIC Receipt.

But today i was filling the generic application form and there i have to put my work permit issue date and expiry date ,

i really have no idea what to write there , please help me with this.
