Finally got my PPR!
Application submission date: Sept 15
Biometrics (Seattle VFS): Sept 20
PPR: Oct 21

Updating this with VFS timeline.
Sent passports to LA VAC: Oct 22
Received stamped passports in NYC: Oct 28

I gave my biometrics on Sep 14 in Seattle and I am still waiting. When you called IRCC, how did you start the conversation? Did they ask you for details from where you are calling etc?

I tried calling but never got an agent, you can try as well...i used this app https://www.textnow.com/messaging and calling from canada option. their system seems opaque or overwhelmed. I can understand your frustration, good luck, hope they get to your case soon.
