I've applied for a closed work permit from outside Canada and my NOC gives me the privielge to apply for Open Work permit for my spouse, so I did this.
Could you please help me to know if I have a chance to get a rejection for my spouse and approval for mine, or both should be approved or none at all ?
We have the same case. But I am the one applying for SOWP and my common law partner is the main applicant. We both applied on the same day and his work permit got approved already in a 2week timeline. Mine has not moved yet, i am waiting for 6 weeks now but no medical request yet.
