Work permit for inside sponsorship

Hello! Im little bit confused so if somebody can help me with this problem-I would be very thankfull:
So I know that I have to send application for open work permit together with my Inside Canada sponsorship application to get work permit after 1. approval. But when Im trying to download form for applying it offers me only-Application for work permit made outside Canada-can I use that form even if Im in Canada or not? Thanks!

You need to download the one which is to Extend or Change a Work Permit, then write accross the top of it "Open Work Permit".
