I have to do lmia to get my work permit extended .my work permit is expiring on 15 march 2020.my question is if my employer apply for lmia can i stay in canada after 15 march 2010?plz reply

No. Your employer applying for an LMIA does not allow you to remain in Canada after March 15.

To be able to remain in Canada legally, you must either apply to convert your status to visitor (you'll need to stop working). Or you can apply to extend your work permit. However this is risky because if the work permit is processed before the LMIA is approved - you'll end up in Canada out of status.

What will be the best option?apply for visitor visa?i applied for csq in sep. They are saying 6 months to process.i created
an express entry profile too.now i have 465 points. I will complete 3 years on feb 6 in my company.it might give me few ponits i guess.
