I can understand you friend, I applied on July 3 and still waiting. Same way I applied sowp for my wife and processing time was 3 months but she got result after 6 months. IRCC works in weird ways, some people get result very quickly while some has to wait ages for results.

I've seen some denials after BVL too, so I'm not counting my chickens yet! Nothing else has updated on my account yet, I will post when it does!
 
I just received my work permit approval letter, physical permit is being posted to me.

Timeline for In Canada Work Permit (initial):
Applied Online via GCKEY: June 24, 2024
Biometrics Validity Letter: December 31, 2024
Approval Letter: January 4, 2025

I applied on July 3,2024. And still no update.

PGWP Expired : September 12, 2024
SOWP Expired : September 04, 2024

BOWP & SOWP e-APR : August 24, 2024
BOWP & SOWP AOR : August 24, 2024
BOWP & SOWP WP-Ext : August 25, 2024
BOWP & SOWP BVL : December 23, 2024
BOWP & SOWP FD : December 23, 2024
BOWP & SOWP Approval (In-Canada Approval Letter) : December 31, 2024

Total time from AOR to Approval - 4 Months!
 
After 194 days i didn't received any update for work permit.
But in mean while I got PR approved yesterday.
So I have raised webform to withdraw my application.
Will let you know if I get any reply.

Hope you guys get WP ASAP.
