Hey all, i applied for work permit extension on July 31st 2024 and still waiting for an update. Im my application i am the primary applicant, i wanted to know if my wife and child who are dependents on the application exit the country in December before the work permit is issued and once the work permit is issued they submit their passports in the local office where they are located, so that they can easily travel back to canada in April end. Meanwhile i being the primary candidate am not exiting the country. So will the exiting of the dependents impact the processing of the whole work permit application?

I applied for the BOWP which only requires the AOR since JULY 22, and now it has been 120 days and still no answer!

Ive heard thats happening a lot. Im not applying for PR yet though, cant work. Been sat here doing nothing everyday which sounds awesome in theory, but in practice im losing my mind. I have a job waiting for the that i love with a great company... i just want to be able to work
