Hi. I studied in quebec and then got my workpermit. After that i got my csq and apllied under federal skilled workers quebec. Now my workpermit is expiring and i am going to apply for extension. Should i go for closed workpermit or open work permit ?
 
You can't extend PGWP. You would have to get your employers to apply for an LMIA and then apply for a work permit.
