You should have copy of passport before you give them to immigration. If you cant find it you should call ircc and ask.

You select the most present date.
Upload the copy of your passport that was given to you the day they seized your passport (there is an immigration seal and the officer's sign)

I'm encountering an issue while trying to upload the IMM5710E form to my application. The error message states:

"Your status expiry date in the answer you provided previously does not correspond to the Restoration in your form. Modify your answers or the value in your form."

I selected my status as a protected person, and the issue and expiry date fields for this option are greyed out, indicating that there is no need to fill them. I have verified that my answer to this question in my account matches this selection. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue?

Yeah you dont need a medical to renew your work permit.

I got my renewal for 2 years, then 1 month later I got my PR

1: have you medical exam performed by an IRCC authorized panel physician(doctor) with in last 12 month?

What will be answer Yes or No?
She has medical card.

The answer should be "No" if you haven't done any medical exam in the last 12 months. Having a medical card does not have any connection with this.
