Work Permit Extension - Dependant in Express Entry Application

Hi guys,

just a short info on my situation:

I‘m a dependant in my girlfriends Express entry PR application (common-law spoouse). Main applicant is PNP-Nominee. Both inland. AOR July 31st. Medical Exam Passed Aug 15th. Current status: Backgroundcheck is being processed.

I am currently on a young professional visa which expires Jan 15th 2019.

Can I also make use of a bridging visa as dependant?

Can I somehow extend my current work permit otherwise?

What would be the best approach for me until a final decision has been made?
