I applied for my spouse open work permit from UAE ..it was processing under Abudhabi embassy.
In Jan I resigned my job and came back to India.
Now they transferred my file to India.
I have no clue how long it gonna take

You are required to update the application and indicate that you are no longer employed and are living in India and are not in Canada. If you do not update the file that would be misrepresentation and could have significant consequences (up to a 5 year ban) if discovered now but also could have consequences if you apply for PR. If it is discovered that your obtained a WP based on incorrect information that can impact whether you qualify for PR. You need to send in a webform with your updated information asap
