My application was filed on Feb 2020 online by a third party who sits in Canada (legal to my company). I am operating from India. Any idea or update on how long will the process take?

My application was submitted in April 2020, biometrics given on 7th July. I am in US, processing times from US show 13 weeks at https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...vices/application/check-processing-times.html hopefully gets processed by end of July

Is it processed in the US? How did you give biometrics on 7th in the US?

Law company is in Canada whereas I am in US. Sorry, gave biometrics on 13th, first day when Application support centers opened.

Cool, we’re on the same boat, submitted on the first of April, biometrics on 15th. Is yours under GSS or not? If it is, the 13 week process time doesn’t apply to it.

Mine is not under GSS. If you submitted on April 1st you are already past 13 week, mine was submitted on 23rd April. Let me know when you hear back on your application.

Yea, I heard that they still are not processing non GSS work permits though. I am looking at the end of this year honestly and unfortunately.

Not processing non GSS. I asked an immigration lawyer, he said that they have not gotten any cases approved submitted in Feb.
