Hello
I have a post graduation work permit that is valid until May 2019. But I did not find a job related to my area of expertise and all I could do was part time unskilled jobs. So I couldn't apply for PR. Now I am married. My husband has a work permit that is valid until July 2021. I know that they give open work permit to the spouse if the husband has a work permit. Can I apply for this open work permit now? Or will they reject it because right now I have a valid work permit until May?
