Hi everyone, please share your taughts on this, it will be really helpful for me.
I just want to know that, if I make some major error in my PgWp application, then is it possible to withdraw the application and reapply once again ?

You can raise a webform with corrected information, or withdraw your application and apply again if you're still eligible.

Eligible in the sense that I reapply within the stipulated time frame of 180 days after graduation ?

Yes, or 180 days from the date your study permit expired, whichever comes first.
