sign the lmo? i dnt knw about dat. maybe you are referring to the contract.. it must be signed by the employer and employee.

No, not the offer letter ! I meant the LMO. My offer letter is signed, yes. My LMO isn't .

here I found it in the 'Positive LMO' section on the website
esdc.gc.ca website under 'Positive LMO' in the Foreign Workers section.

i will check again later my lmo and contract. as far as i cud remember i signed only the contract..

I saw in one of the earlier posts; last visa from Riyadh was issued in Dec.2013! Is that really the case? Is there anyone getting visa in Jan-Feb'2014?
I can see Abu Dhabi, CEM (Manila) & New Delhi visa offices are issuing visas currently......
Is there any current Riyadh applicant having an update from Visa office?

-i didnt know anything about the proof like sss and philhealth contribution... yes you need a proof like pay slips but if you dont have the pay slips/salary stubs, REFERENCE LETTER from the employer is acceptable as long as it states that you've been employed to the company and has the anual salary of ____ and etc.etc. Its not falcification of documents because you will request this letter from the company you've worked for and they must sign it. You just need to ask them a favor if they can make it as STAFF NURSE. But if your afraid to do it your current employer might be enough.

-EMPLOYMENT REFERENCE LETTER from the current employer... you can request thia document to your immediate supervisor/head nurse... but in my case i will ask my head nurse that i need the sign of the owner so they can also put the official stamp of the hospital, so they'll know that the document is authentic.

-I've read a lot of positive feedbacks about online application that its really faster than mail in. It also look more convinient on my part coz i dont have to go out for aramex and to send any original document.

"SAME PO TAYO NG STATUS. I'LL BE GOING TO RIYADH NEXT MONTH, DO YOU THINK IT'S BETTER TO APPLY THIS EARLY? PS: I HAVEN'T RECEIVED YET A COPY OF MY CONTRACT. MY EMPLOYER SAYS SHE WILL APPLY ON FEB 17. MAYBE I CAN EXPECT THE CONTRACT WITHIN THIS WEEK.THE EMBASSY ON WHEELS IN OUR PLACE IS SCHEDULED ON JULY. MAYBE I AM ON VACATION DURING THOSE DAYS."

-what are you going to do in riyadh? You can't apply for work permit and pass your documents WITHOUT THE POSITIVE LMO.. you have to wait for the LMO from your employer first before you can apply and process your work permit.
