that really really strange my friend. Last thing I knew was ur lawyers were trying their best to get you to Canada. They were contacting higher authorities to get ur visa. Now you say on the notice of ur Employer the Lawyer has withdrawn ur application. In this case The Employer or the Lawyer should have contacted you and should have at least informed you of their action.
Did ur lawyer confirm this that they indeed requested back ur application??
I think that the employer has cancelled the LMO at this stage so may be they give instruction to the Embassy that we did not need the services. In LMO the officer who access the LMO clearly write the instruction that if any stage if you did not need the services of the foreign employee inform to CIC office.
Like I suspected, the lawyers have contacts in Canada, i.e. Case Manager, Program Manager and I think the employer requested the lawyers to withdraw my application.
Sorry about the news..... I think that is the reason why you were asked to sign up a "use of representative form".... So they can cancel the LMO once everything is not finalized at your employer's deadline....
Anyway it really is stranged that the embassy did not inform you via email or sms that they already finalized your application and returning the package to you.....
I just hope that I have activated my mobile number on time (yesterday afternoon) to anticipate a possible call from Aramex also....

This is strange. I thought that if the Embassy wants to reject, they reject it within the average processing time. After 12 weeks if they reject? then it is really a matter of concern.
You said you received ur passports today? So When did they mail you??
I would not say that I am sorry for you, cause I really liked your attitude towards this decision. @SMAKBAR, Thanks for the warm and comforting words. He always give what is actually best for me and I'm thankful for that. I guess Canada is not the right time for me now.
