My contract was finished in the middle of Jan,2013. And after that I did get opportunities to get a new job, but when I tell them that I might have to leave after a month or so, everybody says that no, come back when you are sure. But I don't want to cheat any one and being in a limbo. These days are hard to get by, but if I get the visa, then these would be the most rememberable days being in this HEAVEN.

No, not a peep. But like rajaryan said earlier, the best days to get an answer are the thuesdays and wednesdays.

Can anybody tell me that we applying for PR then PCC is required for only the principal applicant or all dependent members of the family as well??

I mean if we are a family of 2, me and my wife, and I am the principal applicant, then PCC will be required for only me or I have to get PCC for my wife as well??

You need PCC for for each and every member over 18. And the duration for PCC is good for six months.

I am leaving saudi in 10 days for ever and I am getting the PCC for me and my wife as it is said that its difficult to get PCC from saudi arabia if you have left saudi.
So in that case I can use this PCC for applying my PR right??

If you are not going to use it with in six months, it would be voided. you have to get a new PCC after six months. But don't worry it would not be a dead end. When you apply for the PR you can contact some one here like you friend,and you can give him power of attorney to get a new PCC for you and your wife. Or you have to get help from Saudi Embassy in Canada. If this is not possible then you would be referred to an agency in Canada who help people to get PCC from the countries like Saudia. And even if this would not work for some reason, then depending your VO you would be asked to explain you situation that why you are not able to get a PCC for a certain country. This all means that you application would take a bit longer but would not come to a dead end just because of PCC.
