PCC and NBI if you're filipino if not your local version of police clearance certificate can be processed while you're waiting for your papers to be processed it will take time for you to get them because you need some documents from your embassy signed then you need to get it stamped from MOFA to before you take it to the local police station. So as early as possible you have to get it since it's tedious to get.

Hi, anyone please help. My application was refused because my employer did not provide the Notice of Assessment and Income tax return information(RC143). What is the best solution to do? I'm planning to appeal to reopen my application. Do I have a chance? My LMIA is expired and also my saudi police clearance.
They need to reapply for a new LMIA. Then by that time if they still want to hire you then they need to give yoi their notice of assessment. But i think they should be the one responsible to send it to CIC not you. Just in case they didn't want you to submit it. Its a bit complicated because during my application they didn't as for my employers notice of assessment it is the responsiblity of CIC to contact them if they would be needing it.

As long as you have proper documents to come to Canada. I don't see any problem with coming here with an exit/reentry VISA from Saudi. It will expire anyway. So the Canadian border security will just check if you have all the proper documents you need to work in Canada legally.

I don't think so. if you have acquired the necessary files to work here in Canada then they won't bother looking at you exit/reentry visa it's not attached in the passport anyway. its in paper now right?
