I have a situation, I have resigned from an employer by Feb 1, my work permit expired by march 10 and my visa is already expired. but I have applied for work permit extension. In march I got an offer from a new employer and applied for positive Lmo but rejected due to some advertisement problems by the employer.
Now I have a positive Lmo from another employer. He wants me to cross the border and get the work permit and start to work for him. I have a B1B2 US visa. So the question is can I cross the border with my b1b2 visa and get my new work permit . someone please guide me.
