Hi,

I have a situation, I have resigned from an employer by Feb 1 in Alberta. my work permit expired by march 10 and my visa is also expired. but I have applied for work permit extension by paper application .

Now I have a positive Lmo from another employer. He wants me to cross the border and get the work permit and start to work for him. I have a B1B2 US visa. So the question is can I cross the border with my b1b2 visa and get my new work permit . someone please guide me.
