Hi..
I just graduated from my college and now i want to go back to India for my brother's marriage but i can't apply for work permit before my Letter of Completion. and i think, without work permit , Canadian Officer will not allow me to come back. My visa and study permit still have 1 more year left to expire. So, can i apply work permit from India? or what is the best way? so that i can come back without any problem.
