You mean to extend your work permit beyond Sep 2019? You can only do that if she goes back to school and gets a study permit. If she doesn't, you will not get a work permit, nor will your child get a study permit.
If she does get a study permit before Sep 2019, then you could try flag poling, but I wouldn't recommend it in your case. It's better to apply inland and go on implied status (so you can keep working/kid can keep studying), and wait for the result.
All this is moot if your wife can't go back to school to get a study permit. This time, make sure she goes to a school that's on the Designated Learning Institutions list.
You should really plan to get an IDP and have both but in any case depending on which province there will be a limited time you can drive on a home country licence, 60 days for example in Ontario.
Hi, my name is Shhikhar as i came to know that many private colleges do not provide PGWP, So what is the other option if someone had already taken admissions in private college.
Ok, but they say that after 18 months of college you can transfer your credits to universities for your last 6 months.
So is it a way to get PGWP, if we do so.

Yes my agent and also when i tried to get some information about college and there they mentioned such information about tranfer credits to college as they have more than 75 universities partnered with SQA.

And i also found that Focus college is the only college in canada which is recognized by the scottish qualifications authority SQA. Which means you can transfer your credits from advance diploma or certificate to a university degree, with their partnered university like
Royal road university
Thompson river university.
Trinity Western university.
University canada west.
University of prince Edward island.
Vancouver Island University.

Don't believe anything your agent tell you. Agents get paid if you attend a private college which is why they try to convince you to attend a private college instead of a public college or university.
Private colleges are garbage and a waste of your money. Stay away from them.
