Lets just wait for an update next week. The IRCC processing times is not updated yet. It still shows 21 weeks since 21-May-2019. I am officially at 21 weeks today and no update yet. I think the processing times might have changed again.

Thanks for your reply. Hope that I receive it soon. As when I applied the processing was 14 weeks, so I thought I have to follow the processing time on the time I applied on.

I can not call them, I am here in Singapore. Only those inside Canada can make a phone call I believe. I have sent multiple webforms and unfortunately, I have not received any reply yet. This is frustrating but I have to patiently wait for few weeks more

I tried to call once from inside Canada but they said since the application is outside Canada they don't have info, so I guess you can call the embassy. I hope you hear something soon

Canada embassy send me a mail and give me an appointment for personal appearance in embassy what is it mean why don't except my passport through courier ?
