WORK HISTORY: Which category does job fall under

Hi,

when filling out the express entry profile for work history, im not sure how to answer the following question:

Which of these categories does SOMEONE's job fall under?"

There are 3 selection

-No work permit required
-Work permit required, no LMIA required
-Work permit and LMIA required

I want to count my work experience as a student for the FSW program. I was working at my current company from MAR 2022- OCT 2022 for one job under a certain NOC. During this time:

- March 2022- May 2022- i was on study permit and not working more than 20hours a week(part time student only).
-May 2022-Aug 2022- implied status waiting for PGWP, working full time
-Aug2022- Oct 2022: working on work permit

my job does not have/ require LMIA

Note: I applied for PGWP before my study permit expired

How should I declare my job from March 2022- October 2022? Should I split them and if so how to answer the '
