Which of these categories does SOMEONE's job fall under?

Hi guys,

I am really confused with this question

"Which of these categories does SOMEONE's job fall under?"

There are 3 selection

-No work permit required
-Work permit required, no LMIA required
-Work permit and LMIA required

Here is my situation.
I worked over 3 years in Canada.
First year I worked with PGWP at one company, after that move to another company with LMIA and still working at this company.

I did like this.
First company(with PGWP) should select "Work permit required, no LMIA required"
Second company(with LMIA) should select "Work permit and LMIA required"

Am I correct? or should I put both "Work permit and LMIA required"
