I'm a little concerned about requesting an experience letter with a job description, as i dont want my current employer to know i might leave in the near future. I can get a service letter with employment dates and remuneration and title.
I wanted to know if the original offer letter, with a letter from the company petitioning for a visa for the current position(both issued before i started the job), which includes a detailed job description would be acceptible?(all on company letterheads of course)

it would work that letter would show your job description and your pay stubs and T4 would proof your still working or you had been working with the employer , Question: how come asking for a reference letter would make your employer think that you are going to leave ?
Im concerned that if i ask for a reference/service letter with a job description, the HR person will get suspicious and nosy, and could cause some issues for me.
I will get a "standard" service letter(dates, title, renumeration), but im concerned about the "job description" part.
There's a huge thread dedicated to this about 20 posts down
