So I have been trying to obtain work experience letters from my current and previous employers. They are refusing to add a job description citing company regulations. The job title is mentioned though.
What should I do ?
Some options I can think of are:
a) Dig up my original offer letter, which had a job description as additional proof.
b) Take printout from company's public "careers" page with job description as additional proof.
c) Do nothing in order to not attract attention.

Do a), and also get supporting letters from colleagues at work who will testify that you worked at the company in position XXX for XX hours a week; that, plus their business cards, in addition to the offer letter, whatever your employer DOES give you, and a letter of explanation, should cover the difference.
it is really important for have job description on letter.......i will not take risk with it....if they are not willing to give you, there are other ways to get it ;D
Thanks! Is there a way to point out the important parts in additional documentation. Such as highlighting or underlining ? I can't imagine that the Canadian immigration officer will have the patience to pour through the documents to find the right piece of information.
