Does the work experience requirement has to be post grad? I worked for 3 yrs full time during my bachelors.. can I claim points for it?

If you studied in Canada then no, you cannot claim points for that.

If you worked while a part-time student it could be counted. Usually paid co-ops for over a year are counted.

"Paid NOC 0/A/B work experience acquired within the last 10 years while being a full time student OUTSIDE of Canada can be counted towards CRS points for foreign work experience and/or FSW eligibility points."
