Hello,
My friend has been working in Korea at a Korean food restaurant without paying tax.
Is there anyway he can include his work experience even though he didn't pay ANY tax?
CIC didnt require a tax slip...where do u get it?
All u need to do is submit a experience certificate mentioning your duties and anual salary. since they pay in cash, state "His salary is $... which he is paid by cash in hand".
Income tax return document is not necessary for the application. But such a document will convince your VO that you did have the claimed work experience. If you have other proof, such as employer's reference, you will be fine.

"WORK EXPERIENCE:
For you, your spouse or common-law partner and your dependent children over age 22:
* Notarized employment contracts from your present and past employers, accompanied by a English or French translation
* Salary tax certificates
* Orginial and up-to-date letters of reference from your past and current employers. Letter must be written on company letterhead and show the company's full address, telephone, and fax numbers. and be stamped with the company's official seal."
NOTE: IT does not say "OR" in between so I'm guessing it means they want all three of those.
