Work Experience points for CEC

I just got an ITA under CEC today (March 12). Deadline to accept and apply is on May 12. Problem I am facing is I still don't have the 1 year Canadian work experience (for CEC) and won't be until May 2, 2024. If I submitted an application on any day from May 2-12, will it be counted as 1-year work experience? Or are they going to base the points for work experience on the day I got the ITA?

P.S. Reason I got invited is because I am eligible for FSW which takes into consideration co-op work. The EE profile thinks I have more than 1 year Canadian work experience which makes it seem that I am eligible for CEC even though I currently am not.

The consultant I am following explained a similar situation, and she said she waits until the 1 year is completed and submits after that with no problem. In your case, you would be good to submit after May 2. Of course, it is good to have other people confirming, but it seems you can start gathering all your documents in peace to apply in May.
