Work experience, personal history and FSW

My advice would be to you to keep your 3 yrs work exp in the Employment History(the one that you can backup with detailed Letter or Reference) and move the rest to the personal history....

I don't have anything more to add here.

Hello seniors, @DelPiero07 , I have been working in same company with yearly contracts basis for five consecutive contracts with same job profile and same company. But each contract has six calender days gap in between as it is the policy of the company. So am I eligible for ee??

The break in continuity isn't considerable so feel free to go ahead with your application. That being said the VO will be the one to decide whether you go through or not.
