I completed my education by 4th May last year..started working..got post-graduate work permit on 19th June, 2013.

Does my experience count from 19th June or 4th May 2013? I was not a student when I started working.

A date is mentioned on your on you Graduation certificate. You experience counts from that day as you graduated on that day.
