I'm in the process of collecting all my documents required for work experience. I've had several years of experience with various jobs all different NOC's.
Should I only include work experience from the last 5 years(starting 2012) or can I also use some of my experience from earlier years??
Some of my work was not continuous, I had one job that was an academic year position meaning, I work 40 hours(sometimes more) a week for 10 months and go on vacation and come back when school starts.
I also did have other jobs during the vacation period. After leaving the job mentioned here, I had a part time job for 8 months and a full time job for 3 months. Do they count all the hours worked?
Any idea how IRCC calculates this? I'm trying to assess how many years of work experience I would be able to prove, as opposed to how many years I've actually worked.

I could probably get reference letters from all. I'm not sure about the CIC format, I would greatly help if you can give me some insight into this.
I am not sure about what to do about my time worked as a Guitar Teacher. I did teach at a few music school, part time- cant specify hours, since number of students fluctuate month to month, sometimes even week to week. However I did have several private students in my studio and I'm not sure how to go about proving this.
