Hello,
I got ITA based on my 1 year Canadian work experience.
i have not included my foreign work experience as an assistant professor on contractual (Adhoc) basis [while i was also studying full time bachelors of education] in express entry as i did not claim any points but will have to include in personal history.
So do i need to add Letter of explanation for the work experience added in personal history and any supporting documents?
Please reply guys, help appreciated
You can if you want to. You only need to provide proof for the work experience you are claiming points for.

What if supporting documents do not have job duties in it and am not claiming points. and i just i have college salary statement in that working period rather than pay stubs

If the experience is under personal history, you do not need to provide any letters or reference. For the claimed worked experience, you have to.

You’re good don’t worry. I had a full time job that exceeded my 3 years foreign work experience that I couldn’t get a letter for as the company went bankrupt. I applied with an LOE stating this but eventually didn’t matter.
