Work experience in Canada confusion due to COVID 19

I have 10 months plus of Canadian work experience. Now due to COVID 19 our company stopped operations. I was working full time and for 37.5 hours per week. I have already accumulated more than 1560 hours of experience in 10 months plus of period. I started working on 21 May 2019 and till 30 March 2020.

1) If my company relieve me now, then will I be eligible to apply for 1 year work experience (as I completed 1560 hours) in express entry?

2) If my company relieve me after I complete 12 months i.e. after 21 May 2020 (but I worked for only 10 months due to COVID 19) will I be eligible to apply for 1 year work experience?

No to both. Only 30 hours per week can be counted from those 10 months.

It remains to be seen whether IRCC will make any exceptions in this situation for work experience requirements.

1) NO, you haven't accumulated 1560 hours. For IRCC you have only accumulated about (30*42) 1260 hours. You only count up to 30h/week. That is why you need to have worked for 52 weeks (1 year) in order to accumulate 1560 hours (30*52).

2) NO, you need to have worked for at least 1 year (or 52 weeks).
