Work Experience Hour Count Clarification

Looking for some advice regarding the express entry work requirement. I worked for 35 weeks at 26h/week and then for 25 weeks at 36h/week adding up to a total of 1784hours which is greater than 1560hours.
(1) Does this cover my Canadian work experience requirement?

(2)I was recently told that part-time weeks can only be counted as 15h/weeks and that full-time weeks can only be counted as 30h/weeks. Is this true?

No, you can count any number for part time experience below 30 hrs per week

Yes, full time work experience is 30 hrs per week, not more.
