Work experience entry clarification in express entry application

Hi,

I have 13 years of experience in a single company but has worked in multiple countries for the same NOC code ( sometimes continuously for 2-3 years). In this case, should I enter different country experience as different line items?

Also, when I joined the company for initial 2 years I worked as a junior but then the past 11 years of my experience matches the NOC code I'm applying for. Should I only put 11 years of work experience?

Kindly advise.
