I have got a question regarding CEC. IF I have completed my studies and applied for my Post graduate work permit and waiting for a reply and I work full time during that period. Can I calclulate this time under CEC. We are allowed to work after completion of studies but can we use this time period under cec or not. or I have to calculate the time period from the date of my post graduate work permit.

Yes, I did the same. I graduated from school on Dec 14, 2012 (last exam) and in CEC application I enclosed a covering letter mentioning that I finished my school on December 14, 2012 thus I am claiming my work experience from Dec 15, 2012. I also provide CIC my college letter the same I got from college for PGWP mentioning I have completed my course on Dec 12, 2012. I applied my CEC on Feb 24, 2014 besides my PGWP issue date was Mar 17, 2013

If the person had a valid off campus work permit when they applied for pgwp then it is legal and can be added to the experience

Make sure you're working legally. Note that there's NO implied status once the off-campus work permit expires, even if you had applied for PGWP before OCWP expiry date.

The question now is did you have off-campus work permit back then? When did it expire?

I had a valid study permit till march 15 2015 and completed my course on dec 14. Applied on Feb 25, 2015 for work permit and started working on Feb 27. I am still waiting for my work permit as I have to submit additional fee. Now can I make a profile as soon as I complete 1 year from on feb 27 2016 or the work experience will be calculated from the date on my work permit

They have spent almost 3 months on my application already and still not processed it and I will be getting one year work permit only. SO i want 2 be eligible before my work permit expires

Do you have an OCWP ? If yes then you can work full time right after your course complete and your this experience window from course completion to PgWP issued will be counted as authorize work experience.
