Hi,
Need some clarification with respect to number of years of experience I can select while creating experience entry profile.
I am a Bachelors and Masters.
I did my Bachelors in 2010 and after that worked in the Engineering field (IT engineer) for 33 months from 2010 to 2013.
Post that I pursued my MBA from 2013 - 2015 (2 yrs) and thereafter I have been working for almost 1 year 2 months as a Consultant.
My total work experience is approximately 4 years [33 months engineering job + 14 months Consultant job]
I am not sure if I can select Experience > 3 years in the Express Entry profile.
Kindly provide your valuable comments
Thanks
Yes, if that two jobs were full time and paid.

You can mention all your work experience in your Express Entry profile, however, you get maximum CRS points for 3 years of experience. Please note you will have to support your claims with relevant documents when invited to apply for permanent residence.

Doesn't the rules require continuous work experience?
I donno if it's cumulative or continuous work experience.

They require 1 year full time continuous work experience.
Besides that, it is accumulative.
It's continuous work experience according to the CIC website for foreign work experience
For Canadian work experience, the continuous clause has been removed

'Continuous' is only to meet the FSW minimum eligibility criteria, otherwise, the OP can claim point for all his experience provided it is under skill type 0, A or B.

The wording is pretty unambiguous regarding the Canadian work experience.
But less so in terms of the foreign work experience
As a final resort, consult an attorney for a free evaluation. There you should be able to glean wether you can claim 3+ years of work experience
Continuous doesn't mean with no gap but your NOC should be the same for all the services

Actually, it does mean with no gap.
It's up to the VO to decide whether or not a gap is too long, but 3 weeks seems to be about the maximum.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.

Yes, you can select > 3 years in your profile. As long as you can provide the required "proof of employment" documents, that is.
The requirement of "at least one year of full-time, continuous employment" is a minimum eligibility criterium - you meet that. But for the CRS, they also want to know the cumulative number of years of skilled foreign work experience. As long as the NOC is skilled, you can count it, it does NOT matter if the different jobs are in different NOCs.

Yeah. Both my jobs (pre MBA and post MBA) are full time paid jobs in reputed multi national companies.
So in short i can claim >3 years work experience while creating my express entry profile right?
