I worked in Canada for a year and 11 months full time (40Hrs/Week). So my question how is second year experience calculated?If the working hours is more than 1560 hrs will it be counted as 2 yr experience?

No. If you are full-time, you just count the length of time. 52 weeks = 1 year, 104 weeks =2 years. Your experience will be counted as 1 complete year, because you did not complete a full second year.
